Full Job Description

Position Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to manage the daily loading and offloading of bread at the site efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load bread according to the picking slip and in line with the pipeline loading sequence
• Accurately count trays and ensure they are balanced within the truck
• Participate in daily Invocom meetings
• Ensure only quality bread is loaded for delivery
• Apply First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation principles
• Report any loading-related issues to management
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures

• Familiarity with internal systems and operational procedures
• Clear verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good with numbers and basic calculations
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Minimum Qualification:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry

Key Conditions:

• Must be available to work until the last truck is fully loaded
• Weekend and public holiday work required
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts
