Purpose of the Role
To provide essential cleaning and maintenance support services to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 10, Standard 8, or ABET Level 4 / NQF Level 1–3
- Experience: No prior experience required

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows, walls, and doors
- Empty trash bins and transport waste to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels)
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners)
- Report equipment malfunctions and request cleaning supplies when needed
