Role Purpose
To accurately capture and maintain patient profiles, confirm contact and delivery details, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of existing patient records to prevent duplicates and ensure up-to-date information.
- Capture and load new patient profiles into the system accurately and promptly.
- Contact patients to confirm delivery details and resolve any queries efficiently.
- Validate patient delivery addresses.
- Regularly audit the client database to identify and correct duplications and errors.
- Address and resolve internal and external queries related to patient data to prevent medication rejections or delivery issues.
