About the Role

You’ll assist clients through various help channels, including email ticketing and phone support.

Please note: This is a shift-based role, and working hours will vary. Reliable personal transport is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical troubleshooting for DSL, Fibre, and Mobile Broadband services
  • Support clients with Voice Services, Web Hosting, and Fixed Line Installations and Faults
  • Deliver timely and professional assistance via email and telephone
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence

  • Must be located in Gauteng and have reliable transport
