About the Role

You’ll assist clients through various help channels, including email ticketing and phone support.
Please note: This is a shift-based role, and working hours will vary. Reliable personal transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting for DSL, Fibre, and Mobile Broadband services
- Support clients with Voice Services, Web Hosting, and Fixed Line Installations and Faults
- Deliver timely and professional assistance via email and telephone
- Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence
What You’ll Need

- Proven experience in IT support and customer service

- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Must be located in Gauteng and have reliable transport
Bonus Skills (Advantageous):
