Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative assistance within a designated functional area. The ideal candidate will contribute to operational efficiency, support customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Support
- Deliver high-quality administrative services to support the smooth functioning of the department
- Complete all reporting, data capturing, and documentation tasks accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with company standards, procedures, and governance requirements
- Contribute to operational efficiency by adhering to and enhancing internal processes
Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Resolve customer queries or complaints effectively on first contact
- Take ownership of queries referred to other teams by following up to ensure resolution within agreed timelines and SLAs
- Communicate professionally and in alignment with company values and service standards
- Collect feedback to improve service delivery
Performance, Quality, and Risk Management
- Ensure consistent accuracy and reliability in task execution
- Identify risks and escalate them as appropriate to reduce potential cost or service impacts
- Comply with all governance and risk management policies
- Maintain high quality standards and meet turnaround expectations
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce waste
- Stay informed on product knowledge, trends, and learning opportunities
Learning, Growth & Collaboration
- Seek regular performance feedback and take steps to address development areas
- Create and review personal development plans in collaboration with management
- Participate actively in team efforts, respect diversity, and share relevant knowledge
- Work collaboratively to achieve common goals
