Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative assistance within a designated functional area. The ideal candidate will contribute to operational efficiency, support customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Deliver high-quality administrative services to support the smooth functioning of the department
  • Complete all reporting, data capturing, and documentation tasks accurately and on time
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, procedures, and governance requirements
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by adhering to and enhancing internal processes

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Resolve customer queries or complaints effectively on first contact
  • Take ownership of queries referred to other teams by following up to ensure resolution within agreed timelines and SLAs
  • Communicate professionally and in alignment with company values and service standards
  • Collect feedback to improve service delivery

Performance, Quality, and Risk Management

  • Ensure consistent accuracy and reliability in task execution
  • Identify risks and escalate them as appropriate to reduce potential cost or service impacts
  • Comply with all governance and risk management policies
  • Maintain high quality standards and meet turnaround expectations

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce waste
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, trends, and learning opportunities

Learning, Growth & Collaboration

  • Seek regular performance feedback and take steps to address development areas
  • Create and review personal development plans in collaboration with management
  • Participate actively in team efforts, respect diversity, and share relevant knowledge
  • Work collaboratively to achieve common goals
