Our client, a reputable construction firm specializing in retail, residential, and township developments, is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join their Pretoria-based team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Dictaphone typing and transcription
- Booking of company vehicles, flights, and accommodation
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintaining organized and effective filing systems
- Managing incoming emails and responding appropriately
- Handling phone calls and messages professionally
- Preparing quotations and processing invoices
- Liaising with customers
- Stock control and inventory tracking
- Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years of Dictaphone typing experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Salary
R15,000 – R20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
