Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Experience: No prior work experience required
- Preferred Qualification: A National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Public Administration or a related field and some exposure to administrative or public sector work will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data capturing duties: receive, record, and input data from available records into databases, tables, and spreadsheets
- Conduct data verification: identify and correct missing or incorrect information during data entry
- Submit verified data for internal use and reporting
- Manage and maintain data backups and update statistics and registers as required
- Provide record-keeping services: ensure all files and records are well-organized, secure, and accessible
- Supply requested information to various components or departments

Selection Process
