Role Overview

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordination activities. Your contributions will ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Key Account Executive
  • Offer standby support to the Key Account Executive as needed
  • Handle telephonic and email queries with timely and professional responses to clients
  • Manage NON-COID new business processing and deliver professional feedback

Reporting & Data Management

  • Compile and manage weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain sales tracking tools and report on critical metrics
  • Record and analyze sales trends and performance indicators
  • Provide relevant data and materials to assist the Sales team

Client & Internal Liaison

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Executive to develop client-specific sales strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent follow-ups
  • Stay informed about new products and features, and support onboarding of the sales team
  • Coordinate inquiries and requests from internal departments
  • Organize and coordinate meetings when necessary

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administrative support
  • Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
