Role Overview
As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordination activities. Your contributions will ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Key Account Executive
- Offer standby support to the Key Account Executive as needed
- Handle telephonic and email queries with timely and professional responses to clients
- Manage NON-COID new business processing and deliver professional feedback
Reporting & Data Management
- Compile and manage weekly and monthly sales reports
- Maintain sales tracking tools and report on critical metrics
- Record and analyze sales trends and performance indicators
- Provide relevant data and materials to assist the Sales team
Client & Internal Liaison
- Collaborate with the Key Account Executive to develop client-specific sales strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent follow-ups
- Stay informed about new products and features, and support onboarding of the sales team
- Coordinate inquiries and requests from internal departments
- Organize and coordinate meetings when necessary
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administrative support
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
